Shipping
Delivery included across Peninsular Malaysia.
The price you see on a piece already covers delivery anywhere in Peninsular Malaysia. Nothing is added at the end. East Malaysia and international destinations are quoted separately, by weight and destination.
Pieces ship framed and glazed, which is the fragile part. Each one is wrapped in bubble wrap — corners and glass first — and boxed in double-walled cardboard cut to the frame, so nothing shifts in transit.
Everything ships insured for its full value, with tracking. Pieces have gone to Malaysia, Singapore, India, the United Kingdom and Canada.
Within Malaysia, allow three to five working days. International courier is typically seven to fourteen days depending on customs. Import duty, where it applies, is the buyer's.
If a piece arrives damaged, photograph the box before you unwrap it fully, then the piece, and send both. Insurance claims need the packaging.

If you run a shop, a gallery, a framing business or a temple gift counter, you can stock the range at trade pricing. The pieces are the same ones sold here — made to order in the size and finish you specify, with or without lighting.
It suits anyone selling to households furnishing a shrine room, and it works either way round: hold a few pieces as stock, or order against what a customer has already chosen and have it sent to them directly.
Get in touch with where you are based, the kind of business you run and roughly what you would want to carry. Trade terms, lead times and minimum order come back by return.
